Russell Kirkpatrick is a multi-award winning New Zealand fantasy author. His debut novel Across The Face Of The World was the biggest-selling debut fantasy novel of 2008 in the USA. He has written two fantasy trilogies, Fire of Heaven and Husk. He won the Julius Vogel award in 2008, 2009 and 2010. His new novel, Silent Sorrow, is due to be published in the second quarter of 2020 by IFWG Publishing Australia. He has been on the judging panel for the Aurealis Awards.
