Voiceworks: Submit While You’re Young!

If you’re an Australian resident under the age of 25, the go-to literary magazine to submit your work to is Voiceworks.

Published by Express Media, Voiceworks is a national literary magazine run and supported by young Australians. A dedicated committee of volunteers read, edit, and offer writing feedback for all submitted pieces, whether a piece is chosen or not. All published contributors get paid. Since this magazine is dedicated to the development of young writers, it’s crucial that any writer under twenty-five take full advantage of submitting to them while they can (after reading a previous issue or two).

Voiceworks accepts fiction, nonfiction (but you have to pitch it first), poetry, art and comics.

Visit their website for current calls for submissions, submission guidelines, previous issues or to subscribe.
